McKinney community placed third on the foreclosure list in Dallas area

McKinney experienced a fast growth during the housing boom and now the foreclosure crisis says its reply. Looking back to 2010, Foreclosure Listing Service of Fort Worth summarized its data and found that one of the three area in McKinney had the third highest number of residential foreclosures. Dallas foreclosure postings drop to 40 month-low

Foreclosure Listing Service reported a 40% drop of residential foreclosure postings for the first time in three years. Dallas foreclosures are down in Q1 of 2011

Foreclosures are down in Collin County, Texas, in Q1 of this year. Foreclosed homes in Dallas and in the rest of Collin County dipped by 4% for the period January-March 2011 compared with the same period of 2010.
